Open the mask and gently tear the middle part of the thin layer. Tear the holes on both of the thin layers to make the ear loops. Pull the loops over your ears, facing the pattern side outward. Sit or lay back to relax and wait 30 seconds for the mask to warm up. Enjoy the 20 minutes of eye rest.
